I seriously feel like I am undergoing a body transformation which springs as much from yoga as it does from my mind.
I feel constantly on my toes since I had that virus infection last week, but I mean that in a good way.
I do not crave sweets as much as I did. I eat slowly. I watch my portions. And it feels natural and not forced.
I am excited to be on this journey even if my body responds in odd ways sometimes. It’s not used to all this attention, I can’t blame it. I am trying to be as loving as I can.
